The role: Corporate Sustainability Reporting Manager

Reporting to the Head of Group Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis, this new role of Group Corporate Sustainability Reporting Leader will prepare for, and implement, ESG reporting requirements under the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Developing the CSRD reporting strategy at Perfetti to the next level, in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders at Group, Business Unit and Operating Company level

  • Fostering consensus and knowledge across internal stakeholder groups on the growing need for ESG reporting (Finance, Sustainability, Communications, Operations, Procurement, HR, Marketing, R&D)

  • Defining processes and collecting data from internal stakeholder groups for agreed CSRD KPIs

  • Engaging external auditors and monitoring PVM compliance with data assurance and reporting requirements

  • Monitor and evaluate market trends and developments in the field of CSRD.

What you should bring

  • 7+ years of work experience in non-financial/sustainability reporting or related activity, including preferably 3+ years in ESG reporting

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, accounting or another relevant subject

  • Experience in both strategy development and implementation of complex, multi-stakeholder reporting initiatives

  • Proven ability to collect, build and communicate non-financial information from within and across all levels of a multinational organisation

  • Capacity to adapt to legislative changes and create pragmatic solutions
