Are you a charismatic Energy Manager with a track record of influencing occupiers and engineers to effectively drive change?
Acre is working with a FTSE250 global commercial real estate services provider, which is looking for an Energy Manager to join their team in a client and customer-facing role, managing one of the most iconic estates in London.
You will be the driving force across the Estate, delivering industry-leading targets to deliver carbon reduction objectives across a range of asset classes, including mixed-use, retail, food, and residential.

As the Energy Manager, your key Responsibilities will include:
Leading the occupier engagement strategy to deliver energy efficiency in accordance with the asset-level decarbonisation strategies for all managed office assets of the Estate.
You will oversee, implement, maintain, and assist with effective property management energy and metering data through building analytical platforms and metering systems and associated technology.
You will develop, implement, and manage Environmental and Energy Conservation Programmes, ensuring optimum usage of energy.
In order to be successful in this role, you will:
Be able to translate complex technical language into easy digestible language for the tenants and occupiers to drive change.
Have previous operational experience in energy savings across the built environment.
