This role is part of the Sustainable Business & Impact team shaping the future of impact within lululemon's brand and business. This work doesn't just live in one function; social and environmental impact at lululemon is integrated in everything they do. This team leads and integrates lululemon's vision and initiatives across the company to create value for their brand, their collective (guests, employees, makers, ambassadors), and society.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering lululemon's reporting and disclosure, leading on understanding the disclosure landscape and evolving strategic approach.

This role is designed for someone who brings significant ESG reporting experience and is passionate about working cross-functionally across lululemon to produce reporting that builds credibility with key stakeholders.

a day in the life: what you'll do

  • Create best-in-class reporting based on experience, peer benchmarking, research, frameworks and internal and external engagement

  • Engage with senior leaders and BoD members on sharing reporting strategy and approach

  • Shape, deliver and maintain a 3-year reporting and disclosure strategy that positions lululemon as a leader in ESG reporting and aligns with external trends, double materiality principles, and upcoming legislative requirements e.g. SEC, CSRD

  • Undertake research and engagement on investor ESG reporting expectations and associated ratings and incorporate learnings into reporting and disclosure strategy (e.g. Sustainalytics, MSCI, ISS)

  • Oversee end-to-end creation of the annual lululemon Impact Report managing various stakeholders to advance lululemon's credibility and reputation in line with internationally recognized frameworks (e.g. SASB)

  • Create and deliver key disclosures including HIGG BRM, KnowtheChain, Fashion Transparency Index, Corporate Human Rights Benchmark, Modern Slavery Statement, and others

  • Lead oversight of data visualizations/infographics & Impact Report Supplement

  • Assess and share benchmark gaps and insights from reporting and disclosures to shape and inform lululemon impact strategy

As lululemon's Senior ESG Reporting Manager, you will work within the Strategy, Integration, and Reporting team whose mandate is to set social and environmental enterprise goals and strategy, report credibly and transparently, and guide enterprise integration across their business.

qualifications

  • S. in the sciences, engineering, sustainability or public relations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • 10-15 years of related experience that includes direct experience with ESG reporting, including working with reporting and ratings frameworks

  • Knowledge and understanding of changing reporting regulatory and due diligence landscape

  • Ability to influence at senior levels across the organization

  • Analytical capabilities with high level of attention to detail

  • People leader with at least 8+ years of people leadership experience

  • Strong project management skills
