We are experiencing increased demand for our consultancy on talent, resulting from businesses and organisations appointing sustainability leaders or building their sustainability capacity. As a result, we need to appoint a Principal Consultant for our talent advisory services to help our clients design organisational structures and talent strategies which effectively integrate sustainability into every facet of their operating model. Fast-growing, impact-focused SMEs are also seeking our support to scale effectively whilst maintaining an alignment of profit and purpose which is key to their enduring success – and you could help.
Within our London or Amsterdam office, you could play an integral role in this emerging and important part of Acre's service offering. You would operate globally, in partnership with Acre's Advisory & Research Director and Commercial Leads across Acre's core markets and regions.
What will your core responsibilities be?
You will:
Leverage your expertise and that of your team and the wider business to deliver a high-quality Advisory offering.
Inspire, coach and mentor a growing team of talented coaches, consultants, and analysts.
Manage the Advisory function, developing strategy, plans and best practice around talent consultancy within sustainability.
Foster meaningful client relationships that support consultation around how sustainability is designed and structured within their organisation as it pertains to talent.
Drive revenue growth and expand the client base.
Identify opportunities with the wider Acre business to engage with the market around Advisory services.
Evolve our services in line with our clients’ needs, as well as those of our planet and society.
What are your skills?
You'll be experienced in delivering talent or people advisory services, ideally having worked directly within an advisory business at an "early stage", with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities that this brings.
You're an inspiring leader and manager of a global team and wider stakeholders across a growing consultancy business.
You'll have a talent for driving revenue growth and expanding the client base, with an understanding or curiosity about where sustainability and commercial aspirations intersect.
You'll have experience developing and delivering a range of high-quality advisory services and products to clients.
You'll have specialist knowledge in one or more of: salary benchmarking, total rewards & compensation, talent & competitor analysis, leadership & talent development or succession planning.
