Acre has partnered with a leading strategy advisory for the investment management business. Pioneers in advising asset managers, private equity, and infrastructure investors on ESG development and integration strategies. Currently, they are looking for a senior consultant to join their growing team.

Their areas of expertise are sustainability strategies for investment managers, ESG and climate strategies, ESG due diligence, and sustainability/ESG portfolio reviews.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be mainly responsible for sustainable finance strategy consulting projects on behalf of financial investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and manage multiple projects that create impact for clients.

  • Ensure analyses and deliverables are of high quality to make a real difference for organisations and the sector.

  • Help build long-term collaborations by inspiring, engaging, and being a trusted advisor to clients.

  • Take ownership of project control: delivering on time, within set budgets, and exceeding client expectations.

  • Provide recommendations with business impact and measurable outcomes.

  • Prioritise detailed and actionable initiatives through an implementable roadmap.

  • Identify areas where technical solutions and services would improve business performance.

  • Document processes and information to all relevant stakeholders.

  • Support junior consultants by training, advising, and transmit your good practices and share your knowledge with the rest of the team through weekly meetings.

Key Requirements:

  • University degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, MSc) is a plus.

  • 3-5 years of experience in strategic management consulting for private equity, asset managers or family offices.

  • Experience in consulting for sustainable finance topics.

  • Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in financial analysis, valuation, and investment appraisal.

  • Ability to critically analyze data, draw meaningful insights, and make informed investment decisions.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving results and meeting deadlines.

  • Fluent in oral and written English. Another language is a plus.
