Acre has partnered with a sustainability-focused wealth/asset manager, who're looking to bring in a new lead equity analyst to their London-based team. This person will be responsible for the oversight of global equity research covering a variety of sectors. The lead analyst will be responsible for managing the existing research team and will have client-facing responsibilities, supporting the investment manager on external communication/ client questions.

Responsibilities:

  • Equity analysis across global stocks covering multiple sectors and thematics, including financial analysis and modelling.

  • ESG analysis across equity stocks, with a focus on financial materiality.

  • Lead and work with an equities team, generating investment ideas, research notes and investment cases.

  • Collaborate with the investment managers to answer any queries around equity research, both internally and externally.

  • Act as the SME in client meeting/ external communications.

Background:

  • Senior level of experience within a similar role, global equity analysis covering sustainability-aligned sectors is ideal.

  • Background in leading a team of analysts and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders.

  • Understanding of the regulatory landscape around equity investment and ESG.
