Acre is thrilled to partner with Rolls Royce Power Systems to identify a new Senior Sales Manager Hydrogen Solutions.
Rolls Royce Power Systems delivers and services powerful and reliable systems to infrastructure and marine sectors, based on both gas and diesel engines as well as electrified hybrid systems. They provide world-class power solutions under their product and solution brand, MTU, which are cleaner and smarter, meeting the growing societal demands for energy and mobility.
Based in Germany, this new Senior Sales Manager Hydrogen Solutions will build a network for hydrogen solutions, enabling the development, sales and implementation of hydrogen projects. This person will be responsible for:
Disciplinary management of the Sales Hydrogen Solutions team with a focus on the distribution of decentralized energy systems in the field of renewable energies and hydrogen
Acquisition and development of new customers in the technical sales of decentralized energy systems
Conception and promotion of new sales strategies for decentralized energy systems
Advising customers on technical inquiries and cost-based solution comparisons
Analysis of market trends and competitive solutions
To be successful in this role, they will have:
Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
At least 5 years of sales experience as a team leader or in a comparable position
A confident demeaner, the ability to work in a team, a flexible working style and willingness to travel worldwide
Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and experience in dealing with a PDM system
Very good written and spoken English
