This is a newly created position at one of Europe's leading responsible investment groups. As their Sustainable Fixed income team continues to build momentum, we are looking for a bright and engaging individual to work with the lead fund manager to turn their flow if interested investors into clients.
This is a great role for someone who can confidently engage with prospective clients to and clearly communicate the opportunity that sustainability driven investment analysis can deliver for investors in Fixed income.
Work closely with the sales team and key stakeholders to develop the sales strategy in support of the investment strategies
Represent the investment team in client pitches and industry events - able to be the "investment voice"
Present at conferences, events and client events on responsible investing, investment markets and portfolio construction
Create, and work with the team to create, industry leading thought leadership and communication
Proactively managing client opportunities including coordinating the preparation of proposals, pitches and client reviews to maximise relationships and revenue, including the design of bespoke solutions where required and the opportunity is of sufficient scale
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a proven ability to develop, maintain and enhance relationships with a variety of internal and external contacts
Thorough understanding of investment management industry with extensive experience with institutional grade clients
Exceptional track record in building a book of clients and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Outcome focussed with a track record of achieving results by leading with education and a deep understanding of client needs, rather than a product
At least 10 years of relevant work experience with Fixed Income investing
