Sustainability Manager - Environment - Real Estate

Reporting directly to the Senior Sustainability Manager, you will play a crucial part within the sustainability team, managing its environmental management system across its operational & construction activities and working with portfolio and site teams to deliver their programme across its operational assets.

​

As the Sustainability Manager - Environment, you will:

​

• Lead on the company's environmental and energy management system certified to ISO 14001 and 50001, driving sustainability improvements across the business

• Develop sustainability action plan templates for each asset and work with site teams to ensure that actions will support the delivery of the sustainability programme

• Provide advice and guidance on sustainability best practices to site teams and other business units to ensure sustainability is at the heart of all business decisions and actions

In order to succeed, you will have:

​

• Experience in working with environmental and energy management systems and the requirements of ISO 14001 and 50001

• Knowledge of Energy and Environmental legislation and its application to the operational built environment

• Auditing and compliance monitoring experience
