Do you want to take on some of the largest infrastructure projects in North America at a globally leading IPP in an immensely visible position?

Acre has partnered with a globally leading IPP who have 40 GW+ of assets under operation and a portfolio which spans Offshore & Onshore Wind, Solar, Hydrogen & Standalone Storage. They need a Vice President of Project Execution to immediately take charge of a multi-billion dollar infrastructure upgrade project in the Midwest that will deliver gigawatts of clean energy to millions of people. Depending on the caliber of the candidate and ability to operate beyond the scope of this one huge project, there is potential to immediately assume the entire division in the US with potential for access to the global portfolio in the future.

This role reports into C-suite and would oversee a newly formed US division. This truly is a rare opportunity to step into a very impactful role with a high level of visibility at one of the country's biggest IPPs.

Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of all project and construction oversight pertaining to multi-billion dollar projects

  • Define project schedules, budgets and EPC processes from cradle to grave

  • Manage and mitigate technical, financial and regulatory risks at all project phases

  • Ensure excellency amongst all contracted vendors

Qualifications:

  • B.S. Engineering (M.S. & MBA preferred) with 15-20+ years' experience leading massive infrastructure or large utility-scale (150MW+) projects

  • 10+ years' experience managing contractors and structuring multifaceted, highly technical and highly regulated projects
