You’ll take the lead on growing a successful climate practice — defining the agenda, developing new client relationships, and securing high-profile, high-value work.
You’ll be the trusted voice for clients navigating the challenges of the climate transition, and you’ll guide a talented team to deliver work that’s commercially sharp and genuinely influential.
Just as importantly, you’ll play a big part in shaping the culture — creating an environment that’s ambitious, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity and mutual respect.
We’re interested in meeting people who
- Have a strong track record of winning and delivering complex climate advisory work.
- Know how to build senior client relationships that last.
- Bring deep experience in climate & sustainability issues within the corporate world.
- Lead with energy, empathy, and authenticity — developing people as much as business.
You might come from consultancy, or perhaps you’ve been driving climate action inside a large corporate — either way, you’ll have the confidence, credibility, and commercial drive to make things happen.
