In acknowledgement of CDPs significant organisational growth and reach, with 400+ employees globally, CDP are set to launch a new 2025 strategy to enhance the impact the organisation has on tackling the climate and environmental emergency.

CDP are partnering with Acre to hire a Chief Impact Officer which you can apply for here. This newly created role reports to the CEO and will lead on CDP’s global strategy.

As a member of CDP’s Executive Leadership Team, the Chief Impact Officer will hold accountability for defining the organisation’s strategy and developing CDP’s impact framework to measure our progress towards achieving our mission.

They will also have a key leadership role in championing the organisation’s mission, values and strategy, while contributing to global strategic oversight and decision-making.

    Leadership and Strategy

    You will provide leadership and direction to define CDP’s strategy, overseeing its development and holding accountability for cross-organisational engagement and buy-in.

    Ecosystem Partnerships

    You will oversee the development and execution of CDP’s ecosystem partnerships strategy, ensuring CDP engages with partners as an ecosystem player consistently across the organisation to drive impact and income.

    Development

    You will provide strategic oversight for CDP’s fundraising strategy, plan and processes, helping grow CDP’s development capacity to support strategic goals.

The work of CDP is crucial to the success of global business in the 21st century... helping persuade companies throughout the world to measure, manage, disclose and ultimately reduce their greenhouse gas emissions.
