As Head of ESG at EDGE, you will:

Closely cooperate with an innovation team to actively shape and develop EDGE’s ESG strategy and roadmap.

Be the subject matter expert and internal consultant on all things ESG, successfully engaging and influencing all stakeholders to drive the transformation process.

Be the sustainability leader in a global and multi-stakeholder environment, also positioning EDGE externally as a leading partner in its markets.

As EDGE's new Head of ESG, what skills and attributes will benefit you?

You have a proven track record in spearheading and successfully executing sustainability initiatives in line with established ESG goals, ideally in the real estate industry or the built environment value chain.

You’re a change agent and effective communicator in ESG related topics. You are autonomous, pragmatic and have a resilient personality with excellent commercial and interpersonal skills.

You’re a bridge-builder and networker with executive presence, credibility, influencing power and exposure to senior leadership. You also have a successful track record in process management and stakeholder engagement.

You have experience with, and in-depth knowledge of, ESG reporting, the European regulatory landscape and certification. You are highly organised and results-oriented with demonstrated experience managing reporting processes.
