The role: Chief Experience Officer (CXO)

What will you be doing in this role?
Architect and grow a SaaS product delivery ecosystem, anchoring customer experience, amplifying brand love, and a customer-first ethos. Intertwine customer success within the product DNA, operational culture, and beyond. Boost client satisfaction, heighten retention, and unlock upselling avenues.
Developing and managing the pricing model for the SaaS platform, in alignment with market trends, customer value, and business objectives. Conducting market analysis, competitor research, and customer segmentation to determine optimal pricing tiers, packaging options, and revenue models.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to map out the end-to-end customer journey, from initial awareness to onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success. Identifying touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities for improvement to optimize the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Work closely with the product team to devise and execute product-led growth strategies that leverage the product itself as a means to drive customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.
Lead the product delivery, project management and customer service teams.
Structure a scalable delivery organization that services all customer segments: large accounts, platforms, and small organisations.
Steward post-deal relations for paramount clients.

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a scale-up organisation.
Track record in customer journey mapping, pricing strategy and monetization, product-led growth strategies, and customer experience optimization.
Strong background in SaaS products, skilled in designing metrics, crafting membership structures, innovating R&D solutions, and customizing client journeys.
Exceptional analytical skills, converting data into actionable strategies, driving data-powered resolutions, and assessing user experience outcomes.
A keen interest in sustainable development, smallholder farmers, agricultural supply chains, deforestation and living income.
Aptitude for leading cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion under tight schedules.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; any other language is a plus.
Being based in Amsterdam or willing to relocate.
