Acre is pleased to be supporting Reconome in their search for a Client Development Manager. In this key role, you will be focused on supporting the organisation's growth by building new relationships with businesses and deepening those already existing. You will play a significant part in contributing to the strategy and long-term impact of the business.

In this role you will be:

  • Working closely with CEO and Senior Leadership Team to define and drive organisational strategy and direction

  • Owning the entire sales process, from proactive lead generation to onboarding and relationship management

  • Building upon existing relationships, delivering healthy recurring revenue, and ensuring clients receive appropriate levels of engagement and support

  • Supporting development of the user journey through website and booking processes

  • Developing compelling sales collateral and using social media channels and LinkedIn to engage potential audiences

COVID19 has highlighted that, even in the UK, many still face digital isolation. Reconome's biggest commitment to social impact is working with O2 and Hubbub on a national campaign (#CommunityCalling) to refurbish and distribute smartphones to those in need.

You will have:

  • Experience developing and managing a pipeline of business, qualifying leads and mapping the market

  • Excellent communication skills and be able to handle objections

  • An understanding of circular economy principles, marketing, SEO and outbound communications

  • Experience writing proposals for new business and pitching to senior stakeholders

  • A solid knowledge of social media channels
