The purpose of this role is to develop out of the Digital for Good pillar as part of our commitment to close the digital divide and help digital realise its potential for good and to empower the next generation of digital citizens.
This includes the strategic development and delivery of flagship programmes across the Digital for Good pillar, working across the network to ensure consistency with internal policies and engaging our people to be a force for good.
The role is based at our London office with work-from-home options, reporting to the Head of Social Impact Strategy.
Lead on the strategy development and implementation across the Digital for Good pillar, developing appropriate global programmes or campaigns, working across the network to secure resources, and driving engagement and awareness of the strategy with our people.
Work in close collaboration with Global Programme Manager to develop and deliver key initiatives to drive delivery of headline KPIs and engage our people in the process, including refreshing the curricula and visual identity and developing new models for expansion and scale into existing or new countries.
Act as an advisor to the business and global client teams on issues relating to Digital for Good, encouraging the positive role digital can play.
Work across the network and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to bring transparency, balance and integrity to the industry and our work, as aligned to our Digital Rights commitments.
Collaborate with the internal communications and corporate affairs teams to build external brand reputation and drive employee engagement through engaging communications and driving awareness of Digital for Good work.
Who are we looking for?
8-10 years in corporate citizenship, social impact, CSR or related field.
Specialist knowledge and experience with Digital for Good and the power of this industry to drive social progress.
Demonstrable strong analytical and strategic thinking and programmatic delivery.
Strong partnership skills, and understanding of how to facilitate and broker global connections.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proven ability to write engaging, thought-provoking content.
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience managing, inspiring and coaching a matrixed and multi-cultural virtual team.
Exceptional organisational and multi-tasking skills with experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests.
Strong networks and experience in working with a wide range of corporates and NGOs to design and deliver social impact programmes and initiatives.
Familiarity with project management and social impact frameworks and methodologies, including the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
A 'can do' attitude, resourceful and driven to find solutions and present them, and happy to step up when others need help.
Commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
Comfort working in agile and fast-paced environments.
