Are you an experienced ESG professional with a proven track record influencing senior stakeholders across the built environment?
We are looking to speak with inspiring individuals across the built environment, with a proven track record of creating and implementing strategy.
This REIT is towards the beginning of their sustainability journey, and as the technical lead, you will have full autonomy and control of their ESG journey. With support from external consultants, you will help develop the ESG strategy, working closely with their in-house senior leadership team, delivering board reports, and building relationships across the ground to drive the sustainability agenda.
As the ESG Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating and developing the ESG strategy and how the organisation should evolve
Reporting to the board, you will serve as a key ESG representative at Board Committees
Driving the data collection solutions and being able to translate into what they do and communicate across the organisation

In order to succeed in this role:
You will be highly strategic, self-motivated, and be comfortable in developing and delivering their new ESG strategy
Possess a thorough understanding of reporting frameworks and industry standards and support with ESG disclosures to relevant bodies, i.e. GRESB, EPRA, BREEAM
You will influence and make recommendations at a senior/Board level on areas from strategy to policy, governance, process, reporting, and business planning.
