Acre is supporting Resonance in their search for a dynamic Head of Property Portfolio to lead its growing portfolio of "ordinary homes on ordinary streets" across the UK that are leased to leading social housing providers.
Resonance is a social impact property fund manager that is transforming the relationship between private investment and social good. To help them, we are looking for a dynamic Head of Property Portfolio to join Resonance's growing, friendly team. Its social impact property investment funds look to tackle something that the team are passionate about - helping provide safe, affordable, and secure homes to several tenant groups, including people at risk of homelessness, vulnerable women and individuals with a learning disability.
Key Requirements for the Role:
Deep understanding of the housing market, residential properties and the social housing sector
Experience in shaping long-term asset management strategies across large residential portfolios
Experience sitting on a senior leadership team
Previous experience managing a large portfolio (c1,000 and growing) of residential houses
Entrepreneurial, innovative and able to work in smaller, fast-paced, open environments
Experience dealing with external stakeholders, including: housing partnerships, investors and the supply chain of the portfolio
Experience implementing a CAPEX plan and dealing with competitive tender processes
Understanding of current energy performance targets
You can be based in either of Resonance's Manchester or London offices, and will be required to attend the office for part of the week as part of your team. For the rest of the week, you can work from home.
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Hybrid Working: 9-day fortnight (equivalent to 36 hours per week)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per year (if London-based, weighting will be added)
Responsible to: Managing Director of Property Funds
