Interim Carbon Data Lead

Acre is working with a large infrastructural organisation on their strategic success.

They have curated a strategy for sustainable growth which addresses the most material issues for the business. Using your robust knowledge of data integrity, collation and assurance, you, as the Interim Carbon Data Lead will play a pivotal role in helping better curate the company's carbon footprint by gathering key data and information for the business.

​

This is an interim opportunity that requires going into the office in Greater London for three days a week.

​

Responsibilities:

• Lead carbon analytics and forecasting team

• Support external audit of all elements of carbon footprint

• Sponsor data workstream in the carbon programme developing and delivering a new carbon data platform

• Assisting in the assurance of baseline data, writing/updating standards, and proposing a quality management system

• Working with the business to improve key elements of a robust carbon footprint measurement (focused on procurement)

• Working with key functions to agree on improvement areas

Qualifications and experience

• High level of carbon data literacy and experience in managing sustainability data within a large and complex organisation

​
