Acre is supporting the recruitment of an Investor Relations Associate for an impact-driven growth private equity fund focused on transformative solutions within the blue and circular economy. The team possesses a breadth of expertise in recycling, supply chain management, and finance, enabling them to invest in the most scalable and innovative companies in South and Southeast Asia.

As part of the organisation's ongoing success, they are currently seeking to hire an Investor Relations Associate to actively support investor relations and fundraising efforts as the firm continues to scale.

Location:

Remote, preferably Europe

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presentations: Support the creation of compelling fundraising materials for investor diligence discussions, fund dataroom, as well as reporting and update materials for quarterly LP updates, AGMs, and LPACs

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify and target new investors, driving business development opportunities through the creation of briefing packs and LP profiles.

  • Upkeep of the fund's investor CRM, producing insights and reports as required to help manage investor pipeline progression

  • Investor Meetings: Organize investor meetings and roadshows for firm leadership, including some attendance, and efficiently respond to follow-up investor requests and due diligence requests to foster strong investor relationships.

  • Project Management: Contribute to the effective project management of the fundraise and the ongoing investor relations, owning key areas as required.

  • Additional Functions: Provide active support throughout the fundraising process, from preparation and launch through to closing as well as any other support needed by the leadership team on investor relations.

Experience Sought:

  • 2 - 5 + years of experience in private markets, with prior experience in a placement agent or within a PE house a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to interface directly with senior internal and external stakeholders as well with investors on fundraising and IR-related endeavours

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Able to communicate ideas, data and concepts in an effective manner in presentation form.

  • Able to work collegially with a remote global team

  • Strong project management skills with a strong attention to detail

  • Advanced proficiency in platforms like GoogleWorkspace or Adobe enabling efficient creation and management of marketing materials and presentations
