This an exciting and challenging opportunity for a highly commercial candidate with international experience in the retail sector to work in the most trusted brand in retail loss prevention and support their growth in the Benelux market.
Full responsibility for the acquisition, delivery, and growth of our client's retail solutions portfolio at existing and new key retail accounts across the Benelux region
Management of our client's key accounts, and new business development in parallel
Key participation in the overall revenue and the profitability of the sales area
Development and delivery of customer-facing interaction and service presentations to key customers on senior leadership levels
Constantly follow up and reporting of new market trends, business intelligence, and forecasts
Key contribution to the annual budget setting up

Commercial experience related to retail solutions or solution selling across IT technologies
Knowledge in any of/multiple of the following domains: retail store operations, retail merchandising and inventory management, account management, project management, enterprise software, retail loss prevention, data analytics, omnichannel retailing, enterprise software solution architecture
Excellent problem-solving skills: program resourcing, retail store operations change management, solution costing, solution pricing, negotiating service proposals and contracts, partner management, customer expectation management
High level of sensitivity to audience and the ability to influence teams; negotiates with great latitude on outcomes
Ability to understand and document customer requirements with their associated ROI and market relevance
Ability to interact with Product Management to formulate product and delivery strategies
Prior experience in developing and delivering presentations to senior-level retail audiences
Familiarity with ERP/SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Office
Ability to speak, read and write Dutch and English fluently
Flexibility to travel as required
