Acre is delighted to support Ball in making their next hire within the fast-growing Marketing & Strategic Planning team. This person will lead the marketing efforts in EMEA, contributing to the development of an integrated marketing strategy consistent with the organisation's overall mission, vision and long-term objectives.

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Collaborating cross functionally to develop winning Go-to-Market strategies, based on deep industry and customer insights, to enable business growth

  • Building a deep understanding of the regional key accounts customer brand portfolios and packaging strategies to identify, develop and continually improve customer coverage plans

  • Driving the positioning of the can as a lifestyle product and the most sustainable solution by preparing and pitching marketing & business development solutions

  • Leading the development of an integrated digital communications plan with a robust stakeholder engagement framework to capture key metrics, which will be a valuable asset in underpinning the business's acceleration plans

In this newly created role, you will support the Director of Marketing and Strategic Planning and work closely with the Sustainability Marketing Manager to ensure customisation of sustainability material for regional accounts.

You Will Have:

  • Solid experience in a regional marketing role within a global organisation paired with cross-cultural awareness

  • A strong track record of developing strategy with executive stakeholders, both internally and externally

  • A creative but results driven approach, with strong personal alignment to Ball's

  • A minimum of Batchelor degree level education in a commercial or business discipline

  • knowledge of the FMCG industry, with experience working in the beverage space being particularly desirable
