Senior Design Engineer - Heat Exchanger

Acre has partnered with a business that has developed a novel energy production technology yielding unrivalled efficiency, but most importantly a non-comparable reduction in carbon emissions in comparison to existing power production technologies.

They are searching for an expert heat exchanger designer with expertise in cutting-edge, high-temperature and high-pressure heat exchanger design for large surface area industrial systems. This person will oversee all heat exchanger development projects and will be responsible for the technology scouting of advanced heat exchanger technologies.

They need someone with:

• A BS in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with 15+ years' experience designing cutting-edge high-temperature and high-pressure heat exchangers
• Technical expertise in the design and fabrication of various heat exchangers including shell & tube, brazed aluminium, diffusion bonded microchannel, printed circuit heat exchanger (PCHE)
• Expertise in thermodynamics and simulation (Aspen, SolidWorks, ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, COMSOL, etc.)
