About the role:
Ramboll is looking for a strategic leader to join its growing US Management Consulting team. You will build a new Circularity practice, growing existing client relationships and developing Ramboll's thought leadership and brand in the circular economy. You will be the face of Ramboll in client delivery, working with C-suite executives on high-impact and transformational projects.
Key roles & responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership for the Circularity practice, including developing long-term client relationships, supporting the growth of the sales pipelines, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and growing and building the capacity of the required teams
Partner with SSC leadership to drive sales, bringing your expertise in the circular economy to build credibility and develop client relationships
Oversee project delivery with a focus on excellent client management, quality assurance, and building deep, long-term relationships that position Ramboll as the partner of choice for its clients
Collaborate with Ramboll America's engineering, water, and environmental experts to deploy the integrated sustainability solutions that differentiate Ramboll in the market
Drive innovation and thought leadership globally in the circular economy, in partnership with European colleagues, to stay ahead of client needs and support brand and positioning efforts
Support the growth and development of the Ramboll Management Consulting team, including leading recruiting efforts, providing formal and informal learning opportunities, and driving career development for junior team members
Support overall SSC team management, growth, and culture by leading select workstreams related to tools and processes, DEI and culture, branding, marketing, etc.
Key skills & experience:
Proven record of accomplishment with project management roles in strategy and/or business transformation projects with large private-sector clients
Demonstrated aptitude for building client relationships and selling consulting projects
Ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to a wide audience
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with various stakeholders' while directing internal teams
An aspiring expert and leader in the Circular economy, willing to expand knowledge and abilities through continuous learning and networking
Strong insight into business operations and implementation to drive change
