Senior Manager, ESG Programs

Location: NY Area or Mid-Atlantic Region - Remote with travel to NYC

Our client is a leader in Commerical Real Estate ESG strategy and reporting consulting. They are seeking an experienced ESG team leader and client lead for one of their most signature global clients in NYC.

Role responsibilities:

• Leading portfolio-level strategy and implementation of ESG, energy efficiency, and decarbonization programs across CRE portfolios

• Managing program budgets and staffing allocations

• Business development

• Training Managers and Analysts, managing their career progression and professional development

​

Required experience:

• Knowledge of energy, sustainability, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices and programs

• ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager

• Team leadership

• Developing and delivering ESG, energy, and/or decarbonization programs for large commercial real estate portfolios

​

Practical details:

• Base + Bonus compensation total: $138,000 - $160,000

• Remote + regular travel to NY client offices

• Visa sponsorship not available

• COVID-19 vaccine required
