An established service company in the environmental solutions sector is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to join its team.

They specialize in supporting clients in the production of "Green Gases," encompassing biomethane, bio-LNG, bio-CNG, hydrogen, CO2, and P2X - offering comprehensive services from consultation and development to construction, operation, and marketing of the produced gases. With a strong presence in the biomethane market and service sector, particularly with their "Biogas Pools for municipal utilities," they are now looking to further enhance their market position.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conducting marketing, planning, and feasibility studies in the green gases sector

  • Sales activities for project development and management related to biomethane, bio-LNG, bio-CNG, hydrogen, CO2, and P2X

  • Developing and implementing participation projects for investors and clients

  • Generating and finalizing maintenance, service, and operation contracts for biogas upgrading plants

  • Acquiring new customers and exploring new market segments

  • Handling customer inquiries and assessing specifications for feasibility

  • Preparing technical and commercial proposals

  • Presenting and discussing proposals with clients

  • Clarifying orders and handing them over to the project management team

  • Monitoring and analyzing the market

  • Managing customer relationships and contracts

Your Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of a technical or business-related degree

  • Professional experience in a similar sales position

  • Industry knowledge in biogas or renewable energies is desirable

  • Strong analytical skills, technical understanding, and business-oriented thinking

  • Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanour

  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM and ERP systems is advantageous

  • Willingness to travel

  • Proficient in both German and English
