Social & Wellbeing Manager

Our client, one of the UK's leading independent commercial property management specialists is in their search for a Social and Wellbeing Manager.

Reporting to the ESG Director, the role will include advising clients on the delivery of ESG best-practice and driving the implementation of their ESG strategies, with a key focus on social value, health and wellbeing and procurement strategies.

​

The role will work closely with internal property management and building consultancy teams to conceive and deliver effective ESG initiatives on-site across their client's portfolios.

​

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of social value strategies, reporting and reviews of possible portals and data gathering systems

• Lead the implementation of Health and well-being strategies and reporting.

• Oversee the collation, validation and ongoing analysis of data and reporting for clients, specific reporting such as SECR, Greenhouse Gas Reporting, ESOS, GRESB, Net Zero and REEB.

• Oversee the Environmental Management System in compliance with ISO14001, liaising with all offices to collect data, undertake required internal and external audits and manage processes to ensure retention of the accreditation.
