ArcelorMittal is looking for a Social Performance Manager who can drive them to a leading position within Social Performance in their sector. You will use your background in managing a diverse set of social performance issues in developed and emerging economies to achieve this.
You will also:
Support the development, rollout and implementation of ArcelorMittal's Social Performance policies, standards, and guidelines; and design and implement the Social Performance roadmap, strategy, and standards
Build social performance capabilities across the business units though building strong relationships with stakeholders, data analysis and reporting and influencing senior leaders.
Ensure ArcelorMittal keep pace with changing social performance disclosure requirements with an aim to be best in class
Manage and develop the quarterly social performance dashboard to track and measure progress and provide recommendations to mitigate social performance risks
Contribute to corporate ESG reports and disclosures
