You will have the opportunity to make key strategic decisions, as well as working closely with senior management including the CEO on challenging business strategy.

Your opportunity:

  • Managing the day-to-day decarbonisation programme across apetito

  • Working closely with the HR Director, ensure Apetito's ethical & sustainable values are incorporated into and influence the development of HR initiatives

  • Sitting on the Food Policy Group to challenge and provide ethical/sustainable input

  • Delivering the Courtauld 2025 Commitment through internal stakeholders

  • Communicating with key industry stakeholders and represent Apetito with influencing organisations, such as WRAP, FDF, CIWF

  • Supporting the development of effective partnerships across the sustainability sector, that brings real value to Apetito and its customers

You will have:

  • Strong influencing skills with excellent all-round communication skills who inspires and motivates.

  • The ability to work on cross-functional partnerships and drive change through others

  • A huge passion for ethical and sustainable issues - with experience at similar organisations

  • Empathy with the customers and markets that Apetito serves and the "making a "real" difference mission

  • The ability to both challenge and represent the Company at a senior level
