​​Are you a qualified accountant with a desire to use your IFRS experience whilst developing your sustainability reporting understanding?

Then please continue reading. Our client, a multinational insurance group, has created an exciting new role within their finance team. You will be responsible for reporting against sustainability standards such as ISSB, TCFD, SASB and CSRD whilst also giving exposure to the group’s commercial finance reporting with joint ownership of quarterly MI production and annual business planning.

Whilst in position, you will be able to further enhance your knowledge of financial services and sustainability reporting whilst developing your stakeholder management skills both internally and externally.

What will you do:

Reporting to the group finance function, you will:

  • Support with the implementation of sustainability/ESG reporting standards such as ISSB, SASB, CSRD and TCFD.

  • Liaise with internal divisions to educate senior management, the board and investors on sustainability reporting frameworks and standards.

  • Support with the production of quarterly MI and business planning processes for the group.

  • Follow the group’s acquisition strategy and assess the impacts of any technical accountancy considerations on potential and acquired businesses.
