To continue their mission, CTEK E-mobility (E&F) is currently looking to expand their proposition to 5 key markets: The Netherlands, Norway, Germany, France, and the UK, for what they are looking to onboard an experienced sales leader who will be responsible of the growth of the Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) team.
As a Team Lead SDR/BDR, you will establish plans and strategies to expand the client base across Europe.
Recruit, train and optimize a team of European SDRs responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements.
This is a "player-coach" role. Lead from the front generating leads, hunting new prospects, and setting up meetings for your enterprise sales counterparts
From time to time drive own sales prospecting and KAM activities
Establish metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance
Manage the inbound lead flow and track efficiency of sales and marketing programs
Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work
Oversee usage of team systems including Salesforce
Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure the success of online marketing campaigns
Develop monthly/quarterly business plans and strategies for the team to achieve quarterly targets and ensure attainment of company goals
Track and be accountable for overall team productivity
Recruit, onboard, and build a team of top performing sales development representatives
Coach, support, and train your team in sales methodologies to improve qualification processes
Refine the sales pitch and process to achieve optimum results
Work with your team to identify new opportunities and develop targeted sales pitches
Inspire, lead, and create a positive, high-performance culture and sales environment
Own your team's metrics and performance, ensuring accurate data is recorded on Salesforce and report upwards as appropriate.
Ideally, you will have a naturally proven aptitude for sales and high-performance cultures. A self-starter that is hungry to learn market trends and able to adapt in the constantly evolving EV mobility space. You believe in leading by example and has the ability to both lead and motivate your team members.
Proven experience of over-achievement in a role such as SDR, BDR, ADR, Inside Sales, or similar
You have B2B commercial sales experience, preferably to senior decision makers within procurement
Experience as a team leader/manager is ideal, however, we also welcome applications for experienced individuals with initial exposure to coaching, mentoring, or training those around you
You are an advocate for numbers and metrics in managing a sales team and can intelligently identify areas for improvement
Ability to inspire trust and confidence to coach and develop your team
Passionate about delivering excellence and excited by the challenge of working for a business with ambitious growth targets
