To enable customers across the global to tackle targets essential to climate change, Atlas Copco Vacuum Technique Business Area must develop and embed an ambitious sustainability vision which is woven into the business's wider strategic goals and ambitions.
As the Vice President of Sustainability, you will work with Atlas Copco Vacuum Technique Business Area and its stakeholders to develop a clear vision and support the creation of a strategy for sustainability. You'll be accountable for the delivery approach in line with the latest legislation, industry standards and best practice. Your role will be instrumental to transform and grow the sustainability focus across the organisation, delivering a range of new initiatives, processes and best in class solutions.
You'll bring:
A dynamic and strategic approach paired with a clear understanding of how to establish internal and external relationships, systems, and tools to build a culture of organisational and personal responsibility for safety, climate change and business continuity
An understanding of how industrials/manufacturing businesses operate, and their key material risks and opportunities related to ESG
A track record of strategy development which is underpinned by a clear data rationale
A balance of engagement experience at the most senior business levels and an understanding of how plans must be implemented across operations
An engaging leadership style and experience of effective team development and management
The ability to horizon scan, ensuring the businesses strategy is resilient now, and in the future, and that all teams understand their roles towards the ACVT sustainability vision
