In their quest to use money for good, Virgin Money is looking for a Corporate Sustainability Programme Lead to own and drive the Group’s refreshed sustainability strategy.

The position will entail:

    Evolving, delivering and reporting the

    corporate sustainability strategy for

    Virgin Money’s key stakeholders

    Leading the cultural shift to a more

    sustainability-focused organisation

    Managing the overall Corporate

    Sustainability budget

    Designing and executing communication

    and engagement strategies

    Owning the Sustainability Standard and

    external reporting via the Group’s Annual

    Report and Accounts and corporate

    website

    Managing a programme of community

    activity

    External representation at events and

    formal working groups

    Leading and chairing working groups/forums

    across the business to support the delivery of the ESG strategy
