At Acre Frameworks, we know that it takes more than technical expertise to succeed in purpose-driven roles but recognize that there is a shortage of individuals with the non-technical skills required to drive change and deliver desired business outcomes. Our bespoke professional learning and development solutions are designed to tackle this gap head on, upskilling health and safety professionals across the globe with the non-technical skills essential to be effective in their role. 

The Acre Frameworks discovery tool provides objective insight into a participant's work-based behavioural preferences through the use of an online personality questionnaire. These preferences are then mapped against our unique Competency Framework which is available at two levels: our Foundations Framework (available to anyone from entry-level to pre-management) and our Leadership Framework (available to anyone from management to executive level).

Our structured one-to-one coaching sessions and our data-driven training solutions are designed to develop self-awareness, enable self-leadership, and support skill acquisition.

At its formation, Acre Frameworks was created to enable the profession to not just rebrand, but to deliver its purpose of creating a safe and healthy working environment in which individuals can thrive. As the rate of change experienced in the professional world brings about new and unfamiliar challenges, a more progressive and collaborative approach to health and safety is needed.  

In 2019, we decided to get curious and conducted an extensive qualitative research project involving over 200 hours of consultation with the Acre Frameworks Advisory Panel: a 96-strong community of leaders in the Health and Safety profession. Our findings can be found in our whitepaper, Co-creating the future of health and safety leadership.
