Reporting to the ESG Director, you will be supporting and collaborating with developing and driving environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives for the corporate entity and European infrastructure portfolio under the guidance and supervision of senior ESG and investment professionals.

Supporting the ESG team members on developing and maintaining the ESG performance process and reporting framework throughout the investment cycle.
Facilitating and controlling quantitative and qualitative data collection from the portfolio companies.
Supporting and coordinating quarterly and annual ESG reports to investors, including the TCFD disclosure and impact assessment using the Joint Impact Model, and preparing the annual report to UN PRI.
Liaising with investors and other stakeholders regarding ESG performance and impact.
Advanced university degree in international business, economics, finance, sustainability, or similar.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an ESG reporting function in private equity, pension fund, private equity-owned company, or consulting.
