ArcelorMittal is looking for an ESG Investor Relations Manager who will be a dedicated interface between corporate sustainability and investor relations. You will work to understand the needs and concerns of the global ESG investor community, contribute to the communications strategy, support ESG investor engagement and ensure the voice of the ESG investor is within the sustainable development strategy and various corporate disclosures.
You will also be responsible for:
Preparing quarterly ESG plans in consultation with both the sustainable development and investor relations teams
Coordinating, tracking, and reporting on pre-AGM engagement with investors on critical ESG issues
Managing the ESG investor engagement programme and representing the company in investor engagements on ESG
Enhancing ArcelorMittal's score in investor-focused ESG ratings, e.g. MSCI, Vigeo, CDP, ISS
Supporting treasury work to ensure ArcelorMittal benefits from sustainable finance trends
As the ESG Investor Relations Manager, you will be able to utilise your ESG knowledge, specifically around the environment, human rights and supply chain. Additionally, your investor relations skills will ensure ArcelorMittal are able to achieve its ambitions of inventing new steels for a better and more sustainable world. You will be the face of ArcelorMittal at investor roadshows and ESG-related meetings across the globe.
