With a purpose-led business sustainability agenda and clear commitments, the sustainability team has gone through a significant growth phase. To support this growth, they are now seeking an ESG Senior Reporting & Insights Manager for an initial 12-month assignment.

The role is to lead investor-focused ESG reporting, working with Investor Relations and other key stakeholders to deliver a step change in ESG performance and disclosure.

You will also:

  • Project lead response to ESG rankings and ratings (e.g. S&P DJSI, CDP, MSCI, Sustainalytics, FTSE4Good, Vigeo EIRIS, Tortoise, Global 100) – includes working with subject matter experts and coordinating consultants to achieve the optimal outcome for the company

  • Conduct reviews of disclosure and performance gaps in priority ESG rankings and ratings. Use these insights to address disclosure gaps in ARA and the company website

  • Coordinate sustainability data gathering for year-end reporting through an in-house reporting tool

  • Be the Assurance lead for Reporting team, working closely with finance to set the assurance agenda and ensure the smooth running of the assurance process

  • Lead on UK Companies Act reporting requirements in the ARA (section 172, diversity reporting, SECR)

  • Lead on gathering and reporting voluntary disclosure requirements which appear in the ARA (primarily WEF/IBC and SASB)

  • Be responsible for updating sustainability reporting pages on the company (including Sustainability performance data and Independent assurance)

  • Monitor the ESG agenda for key insights and sharing with relevant stakeholders

  • Monitor the key regulatory disclosure changes and sharing with relevant stakeholders

Given its legacy as a fast-moving and disruptive company, the role at hand requires creative problem solvers who are deeply passionate about creating impact, together with a dynamic environment where there are multiple business needs and growing demands.

To thrive in this role, you already have:

  • Organisational excellence. You enjoy a fast-paced environment, you take the initiative, and you enjoy adapting to different situations and managing your time efficiently

  • Ability to cope with multiple workstreams and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the highest standard of quality

  • Relevant disclosure experience against standards boards and indices. For example, CDP and DJSI. You will also be keeping up to speed with the market for emerging methods to push for continuous improvement

If you are motivated by the chance to affect change as part of one of the world's largest consumer-facing brands, this is the one for you.
