The International Sales Manager resides within the International Sales Team, which is one of the fastest growing, innovative and dynamic teams within the Group. You will be targeting both large and multinational organizations headquartered in The Netherlands, focused on building solutions within the domains of sustainability, energy supply and energy demand, and operating along-side the sales and pre-sales specialists working across the EMEA, APAC & Americas divisions.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Hunger is important in this role, and you will be responsible for generating greenfield leads and converting them into long-term relationships

  • Curious and consultative by nature, you will build a comprehensive understanding of customer's needs and articulate future-focused ways to address gaps - standing out from the competition

  • You will travel significantly within the Netherlands and internationally to forge relationships with senior leaders in the world's largest organisations

  • With a persuasive nature, high level and integrity and ability to hunt, you will exceed ambitious sales targets and be rewarded for standing out

  • Collaboration is also key in our partner's business structure, and you will share ideas and leads within a matrix of expert international sales professionals

About You:

  • You have 3+ years' commercial experience and a track record of generating leads, delivering new business and exceeding ambitious sales targets

  • Experience in consultative sales within the service industry (procurement services and/or energy supply is a big plus)

  • You have solid experience and the competence to be successful in "autonomously" prospecting and hunting for leads

  • You have a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets year-on-year

  • Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills that leave a lasting impression with clients. Any additional language is an asset.

  • You are savvy with CRM systems (salesforce.com or equivalent)

  • You are a self-driven, autonomous, influential, perseverant, reliable, direct, curious, and creative
