Investment Principal

We are currently supporting a leading growth private equity firm who are looking to add an Investment Manager/Associate to their team. The fund invests across Europe and focuses on firms creating positive social and environmental impact across a range of themes including; Climate/Decarbonisation, Circular Economy, Natural Capital, Access to Healthcare and Financial Inclusion. Our client is seeking an individual who is passionate about impact investing to join their team in London.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including financial analysis and market research

• Develop and present investment recommendations to the investment committee

• Negotiate and structure investment deals

• Monitor and report on the performance of portfolio companies

• Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to drive value creation

Requirements:

• Experience in PE/VC Investing (ideally with exposure to Series B), Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Transaction Services

• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Demonstrated ability to identify and assess investment opportunities

• Prior experience working on transactions with a focus on sustainability and impact investing is a plus
