Acre is working with Malvern Panalytical to attract a Global Sustainability Director who will be responsible for building and executing its global sustainability strategy.
Malvern Panalytical is an innovative technology company that’s “big on small” and specialises in material analysis providing systems and services to help its customers to develop solutions for everything from the energies that power us and the materials we build with, to the medicines that cure us and the foods we enjoy. Malvern Panalytical partners with many of the world’s biggest companies, universities and research organizations, being valued for the power of its solutions and the depth of its expertise and collaboration. Being a part of Spectris plc, the world-leading precision measurements group and with over 2200 employees, Malvern Panalytical’s impact is seen on a global scale.
Malvern Panalytical recently started its sustainability journey and has serious ambitions for the future – to reach net zero in its own operations by 2030, and across its value chain by 2040. The Global Sustainability Director will be responsible for creating the sustainability roadmap and driving its execution. As such, this is a key and impactful role for the organisation.
There is a high degree of commitment to sustainability across the organisation, as such the Global Sustainability Director will have full support from the Executive Team.

Be a passionate and pragmatic sustainability leader that will make an impact across Malvern Panalytical globally.
Drive traction and engagement across the organization to make sustainability thinking part of the company DNA. Through your visibility, you'll ensure consistent application and interpretations of the sustainability strategy and priorities.
“We are a globally diverse mix of visionary thinkers, creative problem-solvers, and detail-loving geeks. United by knowing that when you can make the invisible visible, you make the impossible possible.”
What skills and attributes will help you succeed in this role?
You have a proven track record in spearheading and successfully executing sustainability initiatives in line with established sustainability goals, in a technical and international environment.
