Our client, ChargeGuru is seeking to identify an experienced commercial leader to take on the Head of Sales function for the Belgian market.

ChargeGuru is an innovative French start-up providing individuals and businesses with installation services for EV-charging solutions. ChargeGuru has a platform model and relies on strong partnerships with electrical contractors and automotive OEMs to feed its growth.

The company already operates in France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Belgium and Portugal and is expanding quickly across Europe.

As the Country Head of Sales, you will be central to ChargeGuru's presence and success in Belgium. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for developing relationships with OEMs and building direct sales channels with B2B customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of the commercial strategy based on market knowledge and customer feedback

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles: take charge of "incoming" prospects, advise clients on the offers that best suit their needs, liaise with the team of project engineers for the realization of the installations, presentation of the techno-economic proposals, and negotiation until acceptance.

  • Build and lead a sales team in charge of overseeing B2C & B2B customers across the Belgium territory

  • Ensure the documentation of customer files in the CRM (Salesforce), follow up with customers throughout the project, coordinate with electricians and monitor customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Ten years of experience and record of accomplishment in B2B Sales /Business Development copped with recent experience in the E-mobility sector

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any other relevant field of study

  • Full proficiency in Dutch, French, and English

  • Interest in the sector, and more generally in the start-up environment and the development of new activities, willingness to learn quickly in direct contact with the founders of ChargeGuru

  • Strong customer sense and conquering spirit

  • Taste for challenge and responsibilities, organized, rigorous and autonomous, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit

  • Ability to find the right balance between action and reflection
