Leading the social impact programme for Sedex, that improves business performance in responsible sourcing, human rights, and decent working conditions.
Developing Sedex's remediation policies and guidelines to foster an environment where tools and services can make improvements for workers and measure impact.
Working closely with the Head of Responsible Sourcing to ensure that assessment tool metrics capture impact on workers and drive positive social impact.
Engaging with key external stakeholders including government, driving policy that align with UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights to implement due diligence processes.
You will have:
Strong decision making and leadership skills, with experience in working collaboratively with your team and wider business.
Expertise in remediation and helping companies improve their responsible and sustainable business practices on a global scale.
Extensive knowledge of compliance tools and methodology, with a strong human rights due diligence approach.
The aptitude to strengthen Sedex's responsible sourcing expertise and insight, leading and developing a team of driven and passionate sustainability professionals.
