Acre is partnered with one of the world's leading independent convenience retailers, with a network of sites and over 3.5 million customers daily.
With locations across UK and Ireland, Europe, Australia, and the USA, their supply chain is extensive. Due to further growth, they are seeking an ESG Data and Reporting Manager to support on an interim basis with an ASAP start date.

In this role, you will be:
Project managing the collation, delivery, and management of ESG data across the EG Group for use in annual reports, sustainability reports, websites, investor indices, and communications. You will be liaising with internal stakeholders in this process, as well as engaging externally with specialists.
Researching and keeping up to speed with the latest trends in sustainability to help position EG Group as a market leader in this space.
Supporting the existing sustainability team in the creation of their annual ESG report, covering key topics using environmental (including waste, water, carbon, emissions) and social indices, ratings, etc.
You already have:
A passion for sustainability and experience with data, having covered environmental or social topics.
Confidence to lead projects and influence where necessary whilst working in a team and collaborative environment.
Ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment while also maintaining strong organisation and prioritisation skills
Strong understanding of how to deliver sustainability reporting.
This role can be based from home, anywhere in the UK, with occasional visits to the office in Lancashire if preferred. This is an interim opportunity expected to be between 3-6 months long.
